He is survived by: his wife Sheila Tullis; his children, Rodney (Jenni McKinney), Kelley (Chris Holcombe), Jason Tullis, Abigail Tullis (Bailey Bishop) and Chloe Tullis; and his siblings, Betty Cryder, Vickie Bookout, Donna Smith, Scott (Melissa Tullis) and Sanford (Lori Tullis). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
