She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Bailey Florence and Louise Sturkey Florence; and her grandchild Jesse G. Bowles, IV. She is survived by: her children, Jesse G. Bowles, III (Judy) of Cuthbert and Elizabeth "Betsey" Chastain (Ricky) of Athens; her grandchildren, Martin Yoder (Stephen), Elizabeth "Lizzie" Ross (Lyle), Hoyt "Chas" Chastain (Susannah), Lucy Chastain and Elizabeth Berg (Zach); and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Ricky, Brooks Chastain, Emma, Marshall Yoder, Becca, Lucille, Alexandra Ross and Lily.
