He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson D. Moore, Sr. and Ila Ree Thomas Moore; and his pet Mann. He is survived by: his siblings, Sampson D. Moore, Jr. (Eula) of Ludowici, GA, Thomas Moore (Blonnie) of Hazlehurst, GA and Betty Joyce Cunningham (Dean) of Moore, OK.; his wife Jan M. Moore; his sons, Scooter Moore (Lori), Tal Milner (Sonya DeLoney) of Charleston, SC and Tim Milner (Jennifer Mantooth) of Cuthbert, GA.; his grandchildren, Justin Moore (Nichole) of Herod, GA, Justin McMullen of Cuthbert, GA, Erica Milner (Andrew Harris) of Westfield, MA, Cadie Stockton (Bryce) of Altamonte Springs, FL and Samantha Brown of Lake Mary, FL; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Kyndal and Breanna Moore of Herod, GA. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
