She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Syble White Phillips; and her brother James Elliott Phillips. She is survived by: her siblings, Sondra Ann Taylor of Cuthbert, Amorette Jean Phillips-Isom (Tim) of Adrian, MI, William "Bill" Phillips of Leesburg and Milton Phillips of Albany. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
