It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Nichols of Cuthbert, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Donnel Nichols, Sr. and Alma Johnson Nichols; his wife Anne Wilkerson Nichols; and his brother Edwin Donnel Nichols, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Stone (Bill) of Cuthbert, Tammy Jenkins (Tony) of Cuthbert and Lynn Settles (Webb) of Cuthbert; his sister-in-law Lee Beard of Cuthbert; his grandchildren, Billy Stone, Patrick Stone (Shannon), Stacy Lutz (Nathan), Joe Settles (Jenna), Amanda Smiley (Tristan), Alicia Winheim (David) and Eric Jenkins (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Tucker Stone, Owen Jenkins, Maddox Jenkins, Ansley Lutz, Sadie Lutz, Conner Lutz, Gracen Settles, Rylee Settles, Chance of Washington, JerriSue of Washington, Chevy of Washington and Lily Anne Smiley.
