He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Moore, Sr. and Evie Lou Moore; his former wife Aussie Jean Weed Moore; and his brothers, L. B. Moore, Jr. and Clayton Moore.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jenifer (Bobby Wing) and Debra Griffin of LaGrange, GA; his wife Patsy Jenkins of Cusseta, GA; his sister Lois Brown; and his grandchildren, Derek and Christin Villiard.
