She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Poore and Thomas Agusta Poore; and her former husbands, Harold Thomas Husky and Charles Robert Moore Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Slappy; her children, Ann Marie Scott (Phillip) and Charles Robert Moore Jr. (Sarah); her stepchildren, Dr. Jackson A. L. Slappy (Cindy) and Andrea Schulke; and her brother Lee Evans Poore. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
