She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Nelson and Myrtle Hensley Nelson; her husband Winston Cicero Pledger; her sister Jean; and her brother-in-law Sewell Cash.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Pledger (Jeannie), Myra Dickerson (Melvin) and Kathy Bergmann (Bruce); her brother Johnny Nelson (Sara); and her grandchildren, Morgan Lynn (Adam), Josh Pledger, Nicole Smith (Joe), Doug Buice, Taylor Tardy, Cory Buice, Shane Wood and Jamie Sellars. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Kathryn "Kat" Pledger, age 93, of Cumming, GA, died Saturday, August 3, 2024, at The Fountainview Center for Alzheimer's Disease in Atlanta.
