It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clendon M. Hamby of Cumming, Georgia, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Mae Bolton Hamby. He is survived by: his wife Betty McBrayer Hamby; his sons, Tim (Dawn Hamby) and Daniel (Ashlea Hamby); his grandchildren, Haley Fitzgerald, Eric Fitzgerald, Gracie Thomas, Bryce Thomas, Bradlee Hamby, Carter Hamby and Ethan Hamby; his great grandchild Ruby Mae Fitzgerald; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Greg Wallis; his brothers, Tommy (Delores Hamby) and Terry Joe (Vickie Hamby); and his siblings-in-law, Eva Mae, Winford Bennett, Delores Bennet (Becky McBrayer) and Carroll McBrayer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
