Menard; his daughters, Amber Barker (Jeff) of Monroe, GA, Tiffany M. Duncan of Tucson, AZ and Shelby Bass (Jesse) of Villa Rica, GA; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jason, Jacob, Jenna Barker, Caiden Anderson and Hunter Snow; his brothers, David Menard (Dot) of Lowville, NY and Danny Menard (Lori) of Glenfield, NY; his brothers-in-law, Theodore Baker (Jennifer) of Mansfield, GA and William; and his parents-in-law, William and Susan Baker of Covington, GA. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
