We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2019, at the age of 85, Frederick Eugene Carter (Covington, Georgia), born in Newark, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guy Carter and Martha Carter; his wife Patty; his children, Jeff Carter (Kay) of Griffin, Phyllis Adams (Buddy) of Alamo and Krista Yeomans (Kevin) of Covington; his brothers, Larry Carter of Licking County, OH and Chuck Carter (Mamie) of Arcadia, FL; his grandchildren, Kenny, Kari, Katelyn, Kyle, Kelly, Kayla and Cory; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Abigail and Jensen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
