He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Blackstock and Patricia Ann Blackstock; his children, Tonia Williams (Andre) of Covington, Dwayne Blackstock of Covington and Phillip Blackstock (Brandi) of Covington; and his siblings, Serena Terry, Rita Blackstock, Tina McCurley, Annette Parsons and Mark Blackstock. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
