She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Thompson; her parents, Wilson and Maggie Long, Sr.; and her brother Wilson Long, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Thompson of Covington, GA; her brothers, Wesley (Linda Long, Sr.) and Gadsden; and her grandchildren, Justin Atkins (Danielle Hart), Paige (Stuart Somervail), Austin (Daisy Phillips) and Chandler Phillips.
