She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Booth and Cornelia Cahoon Booth; and her sister Brenda Getrige Cribb. She is survived by: her children, Michael K. Forehand (Tara) of Chesapeake, VA and Vicky Hail of Madison, NC; and her sisters, Karen B. Wills of Kernersville, NC and Cindy Layne of Bloomingdale, GA. She is also survived by one aunt, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
