She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Thomas Smith; her parents, James Walt Smith and Ida Irene Dover; and her daughter Gwendolyn Maxine Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Michael Bruce Chambers (Ann), William Larry Chambers, John Thomas Smith, Sarah Gail Sipes, Carol Renee Smith and Barbara Denise Richard Scott; her siblings, Bobby Smith and Lois Nix; and her siblings-in-law, Lisa Buffington and Clark Taylor. She is also survived by 18 Grand Children, 30 Great grandchildren, 4 Great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
