He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chandler Kaulbach, Sr. and Marion Coates Kaulbach; his son Duncan E. Kaulbach; his sisters, Suzanne Naylor and Lois Ferguson; and his brother-in-law Gavin W. Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Jones Kaulbach of Cornelia; his daughter Suzanne Eleanor Kaulbach; his daughter-in-law Misty Farmer of Jonesboro; his daughter Laurie Marion Oldroyd; and his son-in-law Michael Oldroyd of Lula. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
