She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cecil "Bill" and Faye Elrod Dillard of Cornelia; her grandparents, Henry, Ollie Elrod, Cecil and Grace Dillard; her niece Jacqueline B. "Jacque" Dillard; and her brother-in-law Wesley Avery "Wes" Dodd Jr..

She is survived by: the father of her children Ralph Miles Moss Sr.; her son Ralph Miles Moss Jr. (Rhonda Moss); her daughters-in-law, Rhonda Moss and Christina Santee; her husband Ralph Miles Moss Sr. of Cornelia; her son Tyler Moss (Christina Santee); her grandchildren, Lexie Milee Moss and Miles Declan Moss of Cornelia; her siblings, Kerri Dillard Dodd of Cornelia, Lynn Dillard (Michael Elliot "Mickey" Hilliard) and Doug; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Dillard of Baldwin and Blanch Beasley of Cornelia; her mother-in-law Naomi Moss Parris of Cornelia; her nieces and nephews, Chip Dillard, Jay Dillard (Andrea), Millie Hilliard Sheffield (Alex), Meredith Hilliard Rudeseal (Andrew), Bill Rogers (Amy), Bradley Rogers (Claudia), Avery Dodd III (Lauren) and Diana Richards (Dillon); and her pet Chip.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made toward upkeep/upgrades of the Diamond Memorial Park batting cages in Clarkesville. Hillside Memorial Chapel and Gardens is collecting and distributing these donations on behalf of the family.
