We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Stephen Alan Barton (Conyers, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence N Barton Sr. and Geneva B Barton; and his brother John R. Barton. He is survived by: his brother Neal Barton (Bobbie Jo); his sister-in-law Sandy Barton; his nieces and nephews, Laura Martin, Jeff Barton (Caitlin), Rachel Booker (Landon), Sarah Durden (Charles) and John Robert Barton Jr. (Molly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zach, Chandler Martin, Brooks, Grant Barton, Caroline, Harrison Booker, Lilly, Lawson Durden, Hazel and Hank Barton.
Steve then worked for Delta Air Lines from 2009 to 2020 when he retired early due to the Covid pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, at Steve's request, contributions may be made to Rockdale Baptist Church for Generations Following Campaign, 1295 Smyrna Rd. Conyers, Georgia 30094.
