He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusta Patton (Gustie) and Riley Patton; his siblings, Donald, Violet Grove and Janette Patton; and his children, Jann Patton and Chris Womack.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Patton of Conyers; his siblings, Vida Cox, Vera Travis, Neda Hice, Joyce Bennett and Kenneth Patton; his children, Lester Patton, Connie Buice (Jeff), Lori Korenich (Rick), Vicki Smith (Phil), Traci Patton, Jennifer McNabney (Kendra), Joey Womack (Tammy) and Nicci Marrett (Sam); and his grandchildren, Austin Buice, Garrett Smith, Kaleb Smith, Traver Self (Hoot), Laurel Korenich, Kalli Smith, Dakota Underwood, Zoey Womack, Morgan Womack (Red), Liberty Self (Saquita), Payton Edwards (Strawberry) and Ryleigh Marrett (Boot Scoot).
