He was predeceased by: his father Judge Floyd Elliott, Jr.; and his son Daniel Guy Elliott. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Elliott; his wife Cindy Elliott; his daughter Sammi Adamo (Matt); his siblings, Mitch Elliott (Terri), Leslie Whitaker (Jimmy) and Jeff Elliott (Karen); and his cousins, Randy Bolton (Dale), Chris Bolton and Todd Bolton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Writing a book is a feat most would not dream of, yet alone achieve, but he did, all after receiving his Alzheimer's diagnosis.
