She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Amick and Mary Amick; and her husband Wayne. She is survived by: her siblings, Joan, Mary Lou Mazzola of Kent and Ronnie Amick of Cleveland; her brother-in-law Joe Daniels of Ravenna; and her children, Cindy, Michael, Gino, Anna and Laura. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
