He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Lee Harbin, Sr. and Ruth Claire Altman Harbin; his sister Claire; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Scott Harbin; his son Frank; his daughter-in-law Sandy Harbin of Bremen; his granddaughters, Savanna and Reagan Harbin; and his nieces, Tamela (Woody Folsom) and Paula (Jeff Tanner). He is also survived by 5 great-nieces and great-nephews.
