He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Collins Durden and David'Pete'Cornelius Durden. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hammond Durden; his son James David Durden; his daughter-in-law Christina Leah Durden; his grandsons, Jonah Durden, Jacob Durden and Gabriel Durden; his mother-in-law Jackie Rogers Hammond; his siblings-in-law, Julie Hammond Brimberry and Mike Brimberry; his sister Sherrie Durden Chandler; and his nieces, Lesley Brimberry Bragg, Kealey Brimberry Albano, Christa Chandler and LeeAnne Chandler Rutledge.
