He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Hix Booth and George Booth; and his sister Denise Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Booth; his daughter Miranda Armistead (Russ); and his grandchildren, Mercer, Asher and Lakyn Armistead.
