She was predeceased by: her parents, Ike Williams and Essie Lee Simpson Williams; her husband Ulysses Lilly, Sr.; and her siblings, Arthur L. Williams of Ike Williams, JR, Grady L. Williams, Raymond Williams, Marvin Williams, Jimmie L. Johnson and Willie Idell Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Ulysses Lilly, Jr. (Kimberly), William Wade, Julie Williams and Sharon Turner (Ahmad); her sisters, Adell Brantley and Minnie Carter; her grandchildren, William Carter, Cymone Harris, Kailoni Carter and Latoya Williams; her grandson-in-law Abdul Williams; her sister-in-law Rose Hardnett (Johnny); her niece Mary Nickerson; and her close friend Dorothy "Joyce" Farley. She is also survived by nephews, relatives.
