He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Outler and Algerine Outler; his son Howard Thomas Outler; and his brother Ray Newton Outler. He is survived by: his granddaughter Carson Renee Outler; his sisters, Sandra Faye Mathis of Byron, GA and Teresa Ann Blackmon of Warner Robins, GA; his friend Maria Meltzer; and also Jim Ellison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
