It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Seth Payne of Cochran, Georgia, born in Hawkinsville, Georgia, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparent Robyn Gore Mullis. He is survived by: his parents, Carlisa Wynne Campo (Chris) of Cochran and Joey Payne (Karen) of Milan; his sister Addison Payne of Eastman; his grandparents, Joey Payne of Eastman, Patsy Holder of Ashburn, Herman Mullis of Empire and Ann Campo of Houma, LA; his great-aunt Teresa; and his uncle Paul Clauson of Macon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
