He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis David Burroughs Sr. and Mary Edna Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Burroughs; his children, Shanda Burroughs Bartlett (Steve), Ashley Burroughs Besaw and Damon R. Burroughs; his grandchildren, Britton Bartlett and Bryson Bartlett; and his brother Barry Burroughs. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
