He is survived by: his father Wilburn Eugene "Gene" Hayes of Clermont; his wife Melissa Hart Hayes of Clermont; his children, Mackenzie Hayes of Clermont, Makayla Hayes of Clermont and Brannon Hayes of Clermont; his brother Ricky Hayes of Clermont; his parents-in-law, Danny and Janice Hart of Gainesville; and his niece Heather Hayes Connell of Clermont.
