He is survived by: his mother Ellen Roberts Miller; his children, Nicholas Welch, Robert Jacob Houston Welch, Shannon Hansen, Monica Hull, Jessica Pearson and Cassandra House; his siblings, Bill Welch (Connie), Lowanda "Peanut" Kilby (Rodney) and Laura "Punkin" Welch; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Hansen, Tobias Ramey, Micah Hansen, Nemi Hansen, Rowan House, Elijah House, Alexi Pearson, Grace Pearson, Trevor Pearson and Lilly Welch.
