He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Thompson O'Neil; his children, Thomas H. O'Neil Jr. (Candace Metcalfe), Kelley M. Hamilton, Josh Dubѐ (Racheal Dubѐ) and Aaron Dubѐ (Misty Waltz); his brother Robert O'Neil (Bob); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pierce, Stacey Chaffee (Macayla Chaffee), Shannon O'Neil, Andrew O'Neil, Elijah O'Neil, Meghan O'Neil, Karen Hamilton, Ace Dubѐ, Ferralye Dubѐ, Atlas Metcalfe-O'Neil, Atticus Metcalfe-O'Neil and Elora Dubѐ; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan O'Neil, Adrianna O'Neil, Mckayla Pierce, Cailee McKinney, Briar McKinney and Iris Chaffee.
