Sarah Belle Watts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Belle Watts of Clayton, Georgia, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Buren Chappell and Connie Gibson Chappell; her spouse J. D. "Cotton" Watts; her siblings, Vell Chappell, Marie Watts, May Humphries, Maxine Keener, Annie Lee Henry, Lucile Chappell and Lou Chappell; and her grandchild Shelley Raedawn Burrell.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Watts (Lori), Rhonda Watts Chastain (Wesley) and Salisa Burrell (David); and her siblings, Michael Chappell, Shelia Payne, Ivy Lyn Butler and Gloria Eller. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
