He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rogers and Senia Southards (Bobby). He is survived by: his sister Donna Young (Scott) of Mountain City; his niece Stacy Owens (Lance); his great-niece Ella; and his nephew Bobby Young (Amberly). He is also survived by several aunts, cousins and friends.
