He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Charles William Knight II and Elsie Renfroe. He is survived by: his wife Reva Hall Knight of Clayton; his daughters, Leslie Scott (Wes) of Tiger and Lisa Callaway (Kevin) of Dacula, Georgia; his brother Malcom Ren Knight (Cathie) of Loganville, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Madison Scott, Peyton Scott, Clayton Scott and Kevin Callaway.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or the Masonic Children's Home 1417 Nottingham Drive Macon, Georgia 31211.
