She was predeceased by: her mother DeVere Scott; and her significant other Reverend Gerald L. Salzman (Jerry). She is survived by: her children, Debra Salzman, Jerilyn Cox (Andre), Eric Salzman (Lisa), Laura Bartolomey (David) and Kenneth L. Salzman; her sister Marsha Minns (Scott); and her siblings-in-law, Berry Minns, David Salzman and Marcia Robb Salzman. She is also survived by grandchildren and 25 beautiful great-grandchildren.
