She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin Burney and Mamie Scarborough Burney; her husband Ralph Thomas Fowler; and her siblings, Doris Elizabeth Burney, Gladys Edna Thorn, Hilda Elias, Charles Burney and Robert Hildon Burney.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce Childers (David), Brenda Ryals (R. F.) of Dublin and Lenda Dillard (Dave) of Crossville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
