He was predeceased by: his parents, Neva Edge Horton and Marvin Horton; and his sister Betty Durden. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Brett Horton; his children, Michael Horton (Kim) of Haynesville, Marvin Horton of Chester and Kristi Wildes of Chester; his grandchildren, Lindsay Lee (Weston) of Perry, Coby Horton (Olivia) of Atlanta, Brett Smith of Chester, Briley Courson of Chester, Kalee Wildes of Chester, Marleigh Horton of Chester, Matt Fordham of Chester and Mason Horton of Chester; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Jackson Lee of Perry; his siblings, Geiger Horton (Shirley) of Workmore, Shirley Asbee (Tom) of McRae and Patsy Spires of McRae; his mother-in-law Betty Brett of Dublin; and his brother-in-law Mike Brett (Dena) of Evans.
