He is survived by: his brother Vernon "Dink" Lewis of Missouri; his sister-in-law Joyce Lewis of Macon; his nieces and nephews, Janice Butler (Darryl) of Martinez, Tony Smith (Karen) of Auburn, Bruce Lewis (Kim) of Macon, Ellen Sheffield (Reggie) of Eastman, Randy Lewis of Missouri, Rodney Lewis of Missouri and Daryl Lewis of Missouri; and his cousin Patsy Mullis of Dodge County.
