He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Davis Weaver; his parents, Oscar Weaver and Dovie Weaver; his son Patrick Weaver; and his siblings, Jack Weaver, Francis Stafford and Mary Pellom.
He is survived by: his son Phil; his daughter-in-law Tonya Weaver of Flowery Branch, GA; and his grandchildren, Ellyn Weaver of Cumming, GA and Sarah Weaver of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
