He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Howard and Jessie Webb; and his siblings, Dorothy Bishop and Junior Howard. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Howard; his children, Mike Howard, Lynn Howard of Chatsworth Deana and Chris Hensley of Calhoun; his grandchildren, Aaron Chambers (Jordan Jenkins) and Noelle (Cody Cox); his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Lily; and his siblings, William Howard, David Howard, Betty Elrod and Patsy Flood.
