He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Fee and Cledith Fee; and his siblings, Carolyn Thomas, Earlene Jones, Michael and Alvin Fee.
He is survived by: his sons, James Richard Fee (Donna Smith) and Denver Allen Fee; his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Noah Eli, Braelyn and Donovan Fee; his siblings, Ruth Cantrell, Sharon Fee, Kathleen Bentley, Alene Gross, Carlos and Timmy Fee; and his great-niece Ashley Cantrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
