He is survived by: his son Kenny; his daughter-in-law Johnnie Herron of Taylorsville, GA; his daughter Pam; his son-in-law Conrad Puryear of Chatsworth; his siblings-in-law, William "Peno" Millsaps of Eton and Onie Cochran of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Chandler, Kara Puryear, Paisley Puryear, Lincoln Puryear and Trina Culberson; and his great grandchild Brigham Crawford Puryear.
