She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Lester; her parents, Henry Painter and Jewel Painter; and her grandparents, Charlie, Allie Painter, Derwood and Fannie Parker.
She is survived by: her brother John "Junior"; her sister-in-law Carolyn Painter of Dalton, GA; her nephews, Mark Painter and Tice Painter; her niece Melissa Painter Brown; her great-niece Courtney Bolton; and her close friend Brenda M. Hart.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Elks Aidmore Childrens Home in Covington, GA.
