He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbern Charles and Vertie Lee Ensley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lee Ensley; his son Phillip; his daughter-in-law Sherri Ensley; his daughter Stephanie Ensley; his grandchildren, Joshua Ensley (Krista) and Danielle Ritchey (Justin); his great grandchild Augustine "Nugget" Ensley; and his brothers, Elbern Charles Ensley, Jr. (Marsha) and George Ensley (Rhonda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Ensley requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
