He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Keith and Doris "Howard" Gregory; his daughter Tena Waite; and his sister Opal Sue Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jones" Keith; his children, Micah Keith (Chessie), Brandi Keith (David Pack) and Kristy Gordon (Joel); his siblings, John Edward Keith (Mary Ann), Marylyn Macklemore (Melvin), Sherry Amos Keith and Sandra Pinkston; and his grandchildren, Drew Keith, Tyler Williams, Aubrey Williams, Jaden Ingram, Corbin Ingram, Briceson Gordon, Titus Gordon, Keegen Keith, Zeke Keith, Tayleigh Schoon, Charlotte Keith and Nova Pack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
