He is survived by: his wife Mistie Woodard Banks; his sons, Alex of Chatsworth and Morgan Banks of Chatsworth; his brother Tony; his sister-in-law Sonya Banks; his parents-in-law, Joan and R. B. Woodard; and his aunt Minnie Jackson Ramey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
