He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Maples of Chatsworth; his daughter Amanda Hawkes; his son-in-law Roberto Adame of Chatsworth; his brother Ray Maples of Sevierville; his sister-in-law Kathy Loveday of Sevierville; his grandchildren, Aeden W. O'Donald, Emanuel Adame and Lucian Adame; and his nieces and nephews, Tony, Glen, Clay Loveday, Becky Green and Janie Pressley.
