It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Stone (Chatsworth, Georgia), who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wives, Ellen Louise Stone and Lillie Jo Stone; his parents, Bill Stone and Neva Maude Stone; his brothers, Harold, Robert Stone and David; his sister-in-law Barbara Stone; and his siblings, Rachael Steward and Gary Stone.
He is survived by: his sisters, Janette Tankersley and Dianne; his siblings-in-law, Charles Burger, Irene Lay and Rebecca Stone; his grandchildren, Amanda Bowen, Amy Reed, Shane Cochran, Tina Cochran, Ginger Land, Mitchell Cochran, Dale, Joseph Winkler, Whitney Betterton and Lilah Calhoun Hannah Cochran; and his great great grandchildren, Landon and Anderson Betterton.
