He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Lowery and Veta Lowery; and his siblings, Joe Lowery, Ruth Page and Patsy Hughes.
He is survived by: his yorkie Reece; his daughter Pamela; his son-in-law Gerald Cooley of Sugar Valley, GA; his sister Helen; his brother-in-law Darrell Whaley of Eton, GA; and his grandchildren, Brittany Cooley and Landon Cooley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
