She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris "Harry" Stacy and Mary Jo Richardson Stacy; her husband Robert Gordon Smith; and her brother Bobby Stacy. She is survived by: her sons, Leland Lynch (Jessica), Philip Lynch and William Moss; her brother Harry Stacy Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha Ensley (Jeremy), Mallory Clock (Steve), Sabrina Fallenstein (Brandon), Aaron Lynch, Kristen Moss, Ashley Crowder, Ray Smith, Danial Smith and Samantha Smith; and her great grandchildren, Madison Ensley, Stetson Ensley, Emerson Ensley, Braydin Crowder and Jazlin Crowder. She is also survived by other relatives and several friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
